Pudding and Hot Chocolate Mix
Quantity: 50 gr
Cocoa Powder (Alkalized Cocoa 20/22% cocoa butter), Salt (0.8%), Sugar, Corn Starch - No Preservatives
Simply add the mixture to half a litre of whole milk and bring to the boil, stirring for about 2 minutes.
Use a medium heat and reduce it when it starts to boil. Dissolve the mixture in a little milk so as to avoid lumps, then add the remaining milk and bring slowly to a boil (about 7-8 minutes).
You get 4 puddings (leaving the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours) or 4 cups of thick hot chocolate
