White Tea

White tea is also made from the Camellia Sinensis plant (or Thea sinensis) and is a partially oxidized tea variety. White tea is grown and harvested primarily in China, with Fujian Province being the largest producer. Unlike other camellia teas, white tea is obtained from the buds or younger leaves.
